Cheryl will contact you to confirm the availability of your requested date and time; as well as inform you of any additional cost(s) for times outside of the given fields. If a special time is requested and available, your full balance will be charged and retained as a security deposit. Additional Cost for special times are to be paid prior to your event.

    CATERING STYLES

    Butlered Hors d’ Oeuvres Service 
    Your pre-selected finger/fork menu items are passed by servers. Guests serve themselves, using cocktail napkins provided by a server. This style of service is perfect for your upscale reception. .

    Buffet Service 
    Your selected menu items are arranged on tables. Guests move along the buffet line and serve themselves.  

    Attended Buffet Service
    Similar to a buffet. Guests stand in line, but do not help themselves. Our staff serves from behind the buffet line for elegance and portion control of your buffet.

    Plated Service

    A plated meal is a dining option in which your guests remain seated for the meal and are served all courses by our staff.

    ​Bookings are not set upon submitting. Your card will only be processed if your date and time is available.
